Jean and Kris Kay, married for 22 years, share a lifelong passion for the world of FIGHTING. Both have extensive experience and are black belts in Kickboxing certified by the Brazilian Kickboxing Confederation (CBKB) and hold a black degree in Muay Thai from the Brazilian Muay Thai Confederation – Thai Boxing (CBMT-BT). Today, they have about 500 students in Jundiaí across 6 locations, including decentralized classes in condominiums, social projects, and corporate training sessions, with additional students in four more units in Várzea Paulista. Jean and Kris have been part of two well-structured teams (GIBI THAI for 5 years and INSIDE for 6 years), gaining experience in fights, partnerships, friendships, loyalty, achievements, and training, but most importantly, a dream. Although they were part of other teams, they always dreamed of having their own team. After years of struggle, focus, purpose, and determination, this dream has been realized.

Today, we are BBT (Brazilian Black Thai), affiliated with ISCA (International Federation of Martial Arts), and we are here to make history. With championships in Muay Thai and Kickboxing, we have recently started transitioning to MMA. In less than two years, we have claimed championship belts from the two main organizations in the country.

We feel a sense of accomplishment, freedom, overcoming, desire, work, autonomy, love, respect, adrenaline, discipline, unity, and most importantly, FAMILY. BBT has become more than a dream for us; it is a realization that is etched in our flesh and marked on our souls.

We, as masters, friends, mentors, and teachers, can only thank those who were with us in the past and who are with us now. Our heartfelt THANKS for everything, for the experience, respect, and teamwork. From here on, every day is a NEW LIFE!
